I took a one-week NetWare 6.5 intro training course from Polarbear and thought it was pretty good. The instructor was a CNE, CNI, CDE, etc. and was very knowledgable. The equipment wasn't -the bomb- but every person had their own full 3-workstation lab to work with, and all the materials required...

Where I work, we use CDI and CDI only. I have had nothing but good things to say about them and their instructors. The only issue i have ever seen with "ANY" of these type of businesses that put on the "5 day classes on xyz" is that sometimes they don't get filled and you end up not being able to take the class.

Nothing beats the training one receives when a production server is down and you have no clue how to fix it - usually by pushing a button that you didn't know to not push.

This is exactly how I mastered GroupWise...
