Poll
What do you think of the new Novell support changes? I encourage you to leave your comments on this!
I like it, brings Novell's support in line with other companies such as Cisco
I do not like it
Novell is blooming crazy, this is going to push customers, IT people, and consultants away from Novell even further!
I do not care either way

Novell's CTO, Jeff Jaffe, starts own blog

General NewsNovell CTO, Jeff Jaffe, has started his own blog. This is excellent, as we don't get enough inside news at Novell, particularly with the departures of people who should have stayed, such as Chris Stone. Jeff basically starts off by saying, "Each post is also on the lengthy side. I apologize, but I want to get my thoughts out – and get your reaction. Looking forward to the dialog.".

Jeff's blog can be found here.
