GroupWiseBlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit BlackBerry User Administration Tool v4.1.7 (for Novell Groupwise) is now available for download.

The BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit (BRK) is a collection of tools that you download from the BlackBerry web site. You can use the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit to streamline management tasks, administer user accounts, monitor events, collect statistics, troubleshoot issues with the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, and analyze the BlackBerry Enterprise Server performance.

There is a user guide included as part of the download that describes the utilities in the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit. You can download the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit to a non-BlackBerry Enterprise Server machine because they are designed to run on a machine other than the BlackBerry Enterprise Server to prevent performance impact.

Please ensure that your version of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit matches the version of BlackBerry Enterprise Server you are running. Only the first 3 numbers (e.g. 4.1.2) of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server Resource Kit software and the BlackBerry Enterprise Server software must match. The fourth number (e.g. 4.1.2.28) is the bundle number and is irrelevant for compatibility.
