Laid-off older workers are more likely this recession than in past recessions to try to find other jobs, rather than drop out of the labor market, since the tanking of the stock market last year has caused their retirement nest eggs to shrink.Microsoft is always bound and determined to succeed and overachieve in anything that they do – including Microsoft layoffs!
