I would like to mention that I downloaded the demo of this product yesterday, and attempted to use it on a freshly-installed NetWare 6.5 SP7 box. Unfortunately the product simply doesn't work, it fails silently on the console screen (looks like it runs but it doesn't), spewing a nonsensical Java class exception error into the logger screen. We called technical support and they basically said "wait until the next version in Febuary"...)
Seems like RSync for NetWare is still where it's at for inter-server replication...
